From about 2024, the service quality has significantly degraded. There is no longer protection for customers, even with a subscription. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, they are not going to help you any longer. I used to order food from their pandamart or other restaurants very often and was offered refunds several times when something was wrong. They refuse to help and refund now, even when the delivery was lost or items were missing. I heard similar complaints from my colleagues.

Had two orders messed up, where coffee was not delivered. Instead of calling to inform me the app was not updated to have stock (pandamart no less), they delivered part of my order and when initially the rider denied it, quickly told me to refund upon checking the order. Its my second time facing this issue and i know when they just refund the item, you have to consider the re-delivery fee, and their solution to that is a RM3 voucher. To some people maybe its sufficient, but not to me. Coffee

Terrible waste. the tracker isn't reliable. Ive need to restart the app as it won't load the list of items I've added to my basket. I got the yearly pro subscription but its questionable, ie vouchers disappear and I noticed shortly before the renewal, suddenly there are way more benefits available but for most of the subscription those options weren't available. Additionally, my panda pay credit has occasionally disappeared. Lastly, there's no accountability/quality check on products at all.
